I went for my daughter's laptop repair and it was kind of urgent as it broke just before the start of the school and Ahmed went beyond what was needed to fix the laptop in time and within a very reasonable charge. Ahmed was incredibly helpful, transparent and kind. I brought in my Pixel 6 at 2pm today that was needing a full screen replacement. Sadly they recently ran out of stock of it and said he'd need to get a hold of one from their suppliers. I thought this would mean 2-3 days without my phone, but Ahmed said he'd go to their wholesale supplier later in the afternoon, fix it for me in the evening and then DROP IT OFF AT MY HOUSE by 10pm! He was extremely transparent about the costs & his small labour fees and was at least 20% cheaper than i could find elsewhere! Oh, and by the way: - He dropped it round at 6pm in perfect working order again - He has given me a manufacturers warranty, beause they fit only genuine parts - He has offered to fit me a screen protector free of charge next time i can pop to help prevent this from happening again Remarkable customer service & i would thoroughly reccomend this shop to anyone!!
